K-ROCK has partnered with the Edmonton Journal Little Big Run charity community event and Melissa Wright wants to challenge all her listeners to make this year the ‘year to get fit’. Join her at the NewCap Radio Stage in West Edmonton Mall every Wednesday from 7:30 to 8:15 a.m. starting January 23 for a walk around the Mall. Little Big Run is a non-profit organization founded by the University of Alberta and Capital Health to encourage physical activity for better health.
